Bilateral mydriasis- pronounced- with minimal PLRs. Mildly icteric sclera. HR=260bpm- RR=50rpm- normal lung sounds- no heart murmur or arrhythmia noted. Thyroid gland is not palpable. Abdominal palpation unremarkable - bladder is small/flaccid- and no intestinal contents are palpable.
