3/23/17 | null | null | 5.4 | Limited exam due to fractiousness. Attempted to bite when I attempted oral exam- but noted at least one fractured canine tooth and apparently moderate dental calculus and tacky mm. Mild skin tenting. Estimated ~5% dehydrated. Thin. ~1/3 of R ear pinna is missing - R/O traumatic injury vs tissue necrosis/sloughing post-frostbite - currently not inflamed/bleeding. ~5-6cm area on R flank of hair regrowth - skin appears normal - suspect hair was sheared off at some point. Long- sharp nails. Eyes are slightly sunken in appearance. FeLV/FIV test = positive FIV. Administered 150ml LRS SQ. Administered 0.5ml Vitamin B complex SQ. Administered 0.15ml Buprenorphine-SR SQ. | null | null | 3/9 |
