I then re-sequenced the call to AEVS and shortly arrived there. I advised the Veterinarians on staff of what the dog owners told me. The staff was not able to confirm what was going on with the dog- it was noted that it was either having a seizure or the dog did get into something toxic. The dog was very skinny as well. The dog may have had a condition but again nothing was able to be determined without doing further examines- blood work- etc. on the dog. The staff advised the dog would need extensive treatment. I contacted MACC Veterinarian Supervisor and advised of the situation. It was determined at that point the dog would be humanely euthanized.
