Heart/Lung - Normal lung sounds; HR = or > 300bpm- gallup rhythm. GI - Doughy abdomen. Reproductive - No obvious abnormality; apparently neutered. Skin /Hair coat - Sticky haircoat; removed burr from tail. Musculoskeletal - Marked- generalized muscular atrophy. Neurologic - No obvious abnormality. Very thin with marked muscle atrophy. 4/4/18 | null | null | null | 4-04-18 - Cat was reported as not being able to use its back legs. Brief Exam: Cat has a BCS of 2/9 but I do not find any gait deficit. He is ambulatory. Heart and lungs auscult WNL. Did not palpate his abdomen. Not a feral cat; actually appears to be a lost pet. He is scared so was probably "slinking" and the RP thought he was injured.
