5/2/18 Volunteer reported increased mouthiness and even more difficult to handle. and myself took dog out of kennel and brought to run. Noted a lot of pulling and jumping on leash. Once loose in the run would run and jump at us- VERY mouthy - hard pressure noted- left welts on arm but did not break skin. Will also jump and try to mouth at face. Per due to this deterioration he must now be tagged by 5/4/18 6pm or will be euthanized. No rescue had stepped up so the dog was euthanized
