10/21/18 | null | null | null | 10/21/18- This dog has a habit of flipping his bed upside down. Today he had a kong laying on the bed which was flipped upside down. He was at the front of the kennel. I entered the kennel to flip his bed upright- he retreated to the bed and barked/snapped at me. He was resource guarding the kong i believe. This dog's behavior has been graduallty deteriorated since being in the shelter. It is now a public safety risk if he were to be released to the public knowing he is a resource guarder. He is not placeable due to behavior that has deteriorated. | null | null | null |
