9/25/18 | null | null | null | Dog is BAR- good appetite. ACT mentioned that areas of moist dermatitis noted at intake may be more red than in days previous. Brief kennel exam - no lesions or papules noted- but same alopecic areas (axillary region- medial forelimbs- inguinal area) noted on intake do appear to be moderately inflamed and moist. Antibiotic therapy not indicated at this time. Recommend oatmeal/anti-inflammatory bath. Rx Diphenhydramine 25mg - 1 tab PO BID x 2d. Monitor skin for changes/progression of dermatitis and treat if indicated. (Recommend owner/rescue seek veterinary care ASAP for skin condition once dog is released.) | SKIN | null | null |

9/28/18 | EVAL | For tooth test this dog was very mouthy (puppy not aggression). For food test the dog immediately began punching the food bowl- so hard in fact that it made itself bleed in the mouth somewhere. When the hand was introduced the dog bit it multiple times before going back to eating. Even when food was removed from the dog when the hand was placed near the dog it attacked the hand- biting it several times. This dog even though young has serious food aggression issues. |
