ACT found in kennel this morning: ~1/2 normal formed feces and ~1/2 black- hard chunks (feel like bits of hard plastic?) in a pool of dark-colored liquid. ACT will rinse off stool from hard pieces and photograph for identification. Confirmed that this dog has not had access to any toys or other foreign material since being impounded on 9/28- so this foreign debris must have been ingested prior to impound. Dog is still BAR with excellent (ravenous) appetite.
