Covered in live fleas. Wrinkled pinnae- possible old aural hematomas; presumed ear mites with secondary effects of scratching and head shaking. Both testes palpable in scrotum. Applied Revolution topically interscapular. Administered PRC vaccine SQ LR. Offered Capstar in canned food meatball - as of this report- cat has not eaten it yet.
