EVAL
When looking at this dog in the kennel today he went from nice to freeze and stare- ready to snap. I am not comfortable trying to handle this dog. Being a possible fighting dog with sketchy behavior this dog is not placeable due to the public safety risk he poses to people in a new environment as well as other dog if he was a fighting dog. Recommend euthanasia at end of legal hold.
