11/14/18 | null | null | 7.7 | 11-14-18 - Young intact male white w/black DSH. Appears to have been wearing a collar until recently- based on indentation in haircoat around neck. HR = 200 bpm. Resp WNL- clear. MMs pink. Relatively clean coat. No sign of fleas. Alert & friendly. No microchip found upon scanning. He has dried blood on the sides of both nares- also on chin. Tongue appears to have been bitten on left side. Cannot palpate any fractures on body or face and he shows no reaction or pain response to palpation. Normal withdrawal on all 4 limbs. Has several small abrasions: on bridge of nose- twp to the left of nose below medial canthus O.S.- and 1.5 sq. cm above lateral canthus. This last is deeper than the others. Slight conjunctivitis O.S. Ventral neck and between front legs his coat is a bit dirty and looks as though it had been wet with drooled saliva but dry now. Otherwise NSF. Rx: NeoPolyDex ophth ointment O.S. in and around eye B.I.D. x 3 days. | null | null | null |
